Course Overview
The Professional Degree in IT is tailored for those who are passionate about IT, eager to deepen their expertise, and interested in advancing their studies in IT Support.
Through this program, students will further strengthen their IT skills and knowledge in Networking, Servers, Cloud Computing, and Security, building a solid foundation in IT infrastructure. This prepares them to become highly competent professionals ready to excel in their career paths.

Entry Requirements
SBIT Diploma Graduate
- Our lecturers will evaluate students' abilities in 3 basic subjects. Students must obtain at least 70 marks or above in all three basic subjects' exams to be recommended by the lecturers.
Non SBIT Diploma Graduate
- 21 years old and above with a related Diploma level and working in the IT Support field.
- If students do not have any Diploma certification, they MUST take a Professional Diploma in IT Support to qualify.

Ensures everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
System Helpdesk
Integrates and manages complex IT systems, ensuring all hardware and software components work together.
Focuses on both development and operational support across the system lifecycle.
