Course Overview
Professional Diploma in IT Support is designed for those who are who are interested in IT field and preferred skill-based courses.
The purpose of this course is served to help the student in building a strong foundation in IT Support and produce more skillful and knowledgeable Talent.
As a result, student will be able to understand and provide on-going support of IT infrastructure in a range of organization. Besides, this course is advocated dual certification which is an America Professional Diploma Certificate and Skill Certificate issued by Malaysia Government.
SBIT’s Online Learning course provides convenient to the student who students had their work, family and own responsibility. It also allows this kind of students to plan their studies in flexibility and allow them to learn according to their own pace as well.  However, there is only 30% theory class will be conducted online and 70% practical class will be conducted offline when resume back to school.
