Professional Diploma in IT Support 

Course Overview
Professional Diploma in IT Support is designed for those interested in the IT field and prefer skill-based courses.

This course aims to help the student build a strong foundation in IT Support and produce more skilful and knowledgeable Talent.

As a result, students will understand and provide ongoing support of IT infrastructure in various organisations. Besides, this course is advocated dual certification, an America Professional Diploma Certificate and Skill Certificate issued by the Malaysian Government.
 

Course Professional Diploma in IT Support
Intake April, August & December
Duration of Study 1) Full Time - 12 Months (Maximum 18 Months)
2) Part-Time - 12 - 18 Months (Maximum 24 Months)
Mode of Study 1) Full Time - Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays
2) Part-Time – Wednesday and Friday except for Public Holidays (Maximum 24 Months)
Certificate Body
1) Global University for Lifelong Learning (GULL), USA
2) Malaysia Skills Certificate (SKM) – Level 3, JPK Malaysia - Optional


Entry Requirements

  • 16 years old and above
  • No PT3/PMR or SPM result required
