Course Overview
A professional diploma in IT support is designed for those interested in IT and prefer skill-based courses.
This course aims to help the student build a strong foundation in IT support and produce more skillful and knowledgeable talent. As a result, students will understand and provide ongoing support of IT infrastructure in various organizations. Besides, this course is advocated dual certification, an America professional diploma certificate and skill certificate issued by the Malaysian government. Modules are listed as follows:
